”My career path has been anything but conventional — I transitioned from professional athletics to a deep passion for cooking. Driven by this newfound calling, I pursued Culinary Arts studies at Ulster University in Belfast. During my time there, I worked in a Michelin starred restaurant, where I mastered the nuances of modern cuisine and experienced the true rhythm of a chef’s life.

Upon returning to Lithuania, I began my culinary journey in one of the top restaurants in Kaunas, where I quickly rose to the role of Sous Chef, and later took on the position of Chef de Cuisine at a restaurant in Palanga. Still, it was my heart that led me to Plungė — where I was given the opportunity to transform Flow restaurant.

My mission is to fuse unexpected flavours and shape a new culinary direction that puts Plungė on the gastronomic map.”

My passion for pastry began in my teenage years, when I first attempted to make a chocolate soufflé. Through experimenting with f lavors, I discovered a true calling — one that led me to refine my craft under Evaldas Juška, one of Lithuania’s most renowned pastry chefs. Working in the kitchen, pastry demands absolute precision, patience, and meticulous attention to detail — qualities I believe define both the craft and myself.

I grew up in Moldova, in a home where the kitchen was the heart of everything and my mother - a cook - passed on her love for food to me from an early age. After finishing school, I moved to Ireland, where I studied and worked in various restaurants, gradually developing my culinary skills. One of the most important influences in my career was Italian chef Manuel Morsiani, who taught me the discipline and values that helped shape my path.

Today, I’m proud to be part of the Flow restaurant, where together with our Chef de Cuisine, Lukas Gaudutis, we strive to create new and memorable experiences that bring joy to every guest. I’m grateful for this opportunity and truly happy to be part of such a passionate and dedicated team.

Flow is more than just a restaurant — it's a space where passion for gastronomy meets dedication to the craft. We believe every creation should tell a story, which is why we thoughtfully compose flavours that linger long after the experience ends.
