“Konditerija mane sužavėjo paauglystėje, kai pirmą kartą pabandžiau pagaminti šokoladinį suflė. Eksperimentuodamas su skoniais, atradau savo aistrą, o tobulėjimo kelią tęsiau mokydamasis pas Evaldą Jušką, vieną žymiausių Lietuvos konditerių.
Dirbant virtuvėje, konditerija reikalauja nepriekaištingo tikslumo, kruopštumo bei preciziškumo. Manau, kad šias savybes galiu priskirti ir sau.

I grew up in Moldova, in a home where the kitchen was the heart of everything and my mother - a cook - passed on her love for food to me from an early age. After finishing school, I moved to Ireland, where I studied and worked in various restaurants, gradually developing my culinary skills. One of the most important influences in my career was Italian chef Manuel Morsiani, who taught me the discipline and values that helped shape my path.
Flow is more than just a restaurant — it's a space where passion for gastronomy meets dedication to the craft. We believe every creation should tell a story, which is why we thoughtfully compose flavours that linger long after the experience ends.
